Snowmobile, trailer reported stolen in CK

Chatham-Kent police are working to track down another trailer and another snowmobile that were both reported stolen.

Two snowmobiles and a trailer were targeted in the first incident, which took place sometime over the past weekend in Port Alma.

Police said the second theft took place either sometime Wednesday or early Thursday morning in Chatham. Officers said unknown suspects took off with a trailer and a snowmobile that were sitting at a residence on Joseph Street.

The grey flatbed trailer was last seen with the license plate H3555B. The trailer had a 2003 green Arctic Cat ZR9 snowmobile on it with the license plate 926202.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
