Three arrests on warrants

Chatham-Kent police can remove three more names from their wanted list after making a trio of arrests on Sunday.

Police said the first of the three accused is 32-year-old Chatham man who was wanted for breaching his probation. He was arrested and released with conditions and a future court date.

The other two suspects -- a 29-year-old Chatham man who was wanted for failing to sign in with police, mischief, and failing to attend court and an 18-year-old Chatham man who was wanted for failing to comply with the conditions of his bail supervision program and failing to obey his curfew -- were both arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Harley Davidson motorcycle reported stolen

Chatham-Kent police are appealing to the public for tips as they attempt to locate a blue 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900cc Harley Davidson motorcycle that was reported stolen over the weekend.

It was reportedly taken sometime between 11 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday. from a residence on Sheldon Avenue in Chatham.

Tools stolen from shed in Chatham

Police are investigating after a blue Mastercraft air compressor and attached air hose were stolen from a locked shed on Park Avenue West in Chatham.

Officers said the break-in took place sometime late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.

Chainsaws targeted during Dresden break-in

Chatham-Kent police are also working to track down some tools, a tool chest, and two STIHL chainsaws that were stolen from Chatham-Kent Organics on Wellington Street in Dresden.

Police said they were taken sometime between 5 p.m. Saturday and 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
