Another award for Bridget Carleton

Chatham native Bridget Carleton continues to be honoured in her senior season at Iowa State.

The Cyclones women's basketball player has been named a second-team All-American by ESPN-W.

Carleton led Iowa State this season in points, rebounds, blocks, and steals, and was second in assists.

Earlier this month, she was named the Big 12 player of the year, the first Cyclone player to win the honour.

Despite losing to Baylor, the #1 team in the nation, in the Big 12 final on Monday, ESPN says Iowa State will likely be a top 16 seed at the NCAA tournament.
