Firefighters respond to morning barn fire west of Chatham

No injuries are being reported after a fire broke out at a barn on Grande River Line just west of Chatham Friday morning.

Fire crews got the call just after 7 a. m. and were able to quickly contain the blaze.

There is no word on a cause yet.

Damage caused by the fire is estimated at $5,000, however, about $195,000 in property was saved.
