Four people caught on outstanding warrants

On Friday, CK police were able to scratch a few names off their wanted list.

It started at 7:30 a.m. when a 46-year-old female was arrested in Chatham on multiple outstanding warrants. She was transported to court for a bail hearing.

Later that afternoon around 1:30 p.m. a man, 34, was arrested at the courthouse in Chatham on outstanding warrants and held for bail.

Shortly after, at 3 o' clock, a 34-year-old man was located in Erieau. He was wanted on a warrant. After being transported to police headquarters, he was given a court date and released.

To finish off the day, police arrested a 35-year-old man on St. Clair Street in Chatham around 9 p.m. who was wanted on several warrants. He was held bail.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
