Navistar banquet to reunite former employees

Former Navistar employees are invited to the annual banquet on Friday, April 26 at the Polish Canadian Club in Chatham.

"This banquet has been going on for over 70 years, that I know of," said Chairman Cy Addley. "We had 163 last year. It's just a get together of the people that did work at the plant."

It's been 10 years since Navistar closed the plant in Chatham.

Addley said it's a great chance to catch up with old co-workers.

"It's just a social event, a good time, get together the people you used to work with."

Tickets are $25, and the deadline is Wednesday, April 17. Tickets can be purchased by reaching out to Cy Addley at 519-354-0413.
