Chatham-Kent police said the man was driving a pickup truck that collided with a bus on Longwoods Road between West Bothwell Road and Zone Road 9 at around 3 p.m. Thursday.
One student was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The damages are estimated at $45,000.
