Crime of the Week – August 9, 2019

At approximately 5:00 am on Friday July 19th, 2019 two suspects drove a pickup truck into the entrance of the Bothwell Daisy Mart.

Once inside the suspects, both wearing masks and gloves, removed a box containing approximately 3000 prize tickets and $200 cash. The tickets are of no value as they can only be redeemed at this store.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
