Traffic unit investigating after ATV collision

Police are investigating after a collision in Shrewsbury Friday night that sent three people to the hospital.

According to police, it happened around 6 p.m. in the area of Metcalfe Street and Wellington Street. The collision involved two ATVs and three people were transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance as a result. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
