Crime of the Week – September 19, 2019

On Monday September 16th, 2019 at approximately 5:20 am an unknown suspect entered the Circle K store on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg.

While brandishing a weapon the suspect demanded cash and cigarettes from the clerk. After receiving an unknown amount of cash and some cigarettes the suspect fled the store and was last seen running towards Reaume Avenue.

He is described as male with dark hair wearing a red and black shirt, black baseball cap and khaki pants. If you know who this suspect is call 1800-222-8477 with your anonymous information and you could earn a cash reward.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
