Chatham was the first to score in the first period with a goal from Maddux Rychel at 9:15 followed shortly by a goal from Evan Wells at 9:53.
Wells scored his second goal of the game 6:15 into the second period ending the game at 3-0.
Chatham goaltender Tiago Rocha saved all 35 shots on net.
The Maroons will face off against the LaSalle Vipers in LaSalle on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
