UPDATE: Power outage still being investigated

The power is back on to all of Windsor and Essex County, but Hydro One is still investigating what started it Tuesday morning.

At the height of the outage, thousands of Enwin Utility customers in west Windsor, and more than 13,000 Hydro One customers in the county were without power.

Hydro One said the power was restored at 9:37 a.m., but the cause remains under investigation.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
