UPDATE: Highway 401 reopened following rollover crash

Police have reopened Highway 401 in London following a tractor trailer rollover that shut down the westbound lanes for several hours.

The Ontario Provincial Police reported the single-vehicle crash between Colonel Talbot Road and Union Road on Wednesday shortly after 3:30 p.m.

No injuries have been reported.

Police said a spill on the roadway would prolong the cleanup. The westbound lanes were reopened shortly after 8 p.m.

It is unknown if any charges will be laid as a result of the crash.
