Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police said officers found a vehicle up against the centre guard wire on Highway 401 near Tilbury on Tuesday night and discovered that the man driving had allegedly been drinking. The driver then failed a roadside breathalyzer test.

A 72-year-old man from Windsor has been charged with impaired driving and having a blood alcohol concentration of more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
