UPDATE: Pedestrian hit by vehicle in good health

Chatham-Kent police have identified and located a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in Wallaceburg.

Police said he is in good health and does not require medical attention.

Investigators said a vehicle driving on Forhan Street between Stewart Line and Langstaff Line struck a pedestrian sometime between 7:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Police closed a portion of Forhan Street for a while for the investigation.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
