UPDATE: City, County, Petrolia announce further closures & cancellations

Communities in Sarnia-Lambton have announced more cancellations and closures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The City of Sarnia released a long list of meeting and event cancellations Tuesday, including city council's regular meeting March 23 and all meetings for advisory boards and committees. For the full list, click here.

The town of Petrolia has cancelled its regular town council meeting scheduled for March 23 and closed its municipal office to the public.

Lambton County announced, as a result of Ontario declaring a state of emergency, certain businesses have been mandated to close immediately, including private schools, daycare centres, and all bars and restaurants.
