Soldiers travel to CFB Borden for COVID-19 emergency

A number of military personnel and vehicles from 31 Canadian Brigade Group (CBG) in London will travel to Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden on Monday.

Over 200 soldiers from Southwestern Ontario will mobilize in support of the fight against COVID-19 and are preparing to respond to federal, provincial, or municipal requests for assistance.

From CFB Borden, military members will also be positioned and available to react to other emergencies such as floods and fires.
