New COVID-19 cases in Wellington County

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health confirms two new positive COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours in Wellington County.

The county has seen 60 confirmed cases of the virus, and two people have died. One person is currently in hospital and one patient is in the intensive care unit. 13 people are self-isolated, and 38 cases are resolved.

There are 49 cases in Perth Huron, as Huron Perth Public Health reports no change for several straight days.

In all, there are 92 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Grey and Bruce. 78 people have recovered. There have been no deaths and no one is hospitalized.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
