UPDATE: New COVID-19 cases in Midwestern Ontario

One new case of COVID 19 is being reported today in Huron Perth.

Public health says there are now 53 cases. That latest case is in St. Marys. Forty-five of those who tested positive for COVID-19 have recovered in Huron Perth.

Grey Bruce Public Health reporting three new cases. 96 people have tested positive, but 87 of those are recovered.

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health reports one new positive case in Wellington County in the past 24 hours, for a total of 68 confirmed cases. 45 of those have been resolved with two people in hospital and one person is in the ICU.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
