UPDATE: New COVID-19 cases confirmed in Midwestern Ontario

Several more positive tests for COVID-19 have been confirmed in Midwestern Ontario.

The Grey Bruce Public Health Unit reported one new case in today's update and there are 4 active cases. 93 are recovered and 4 have been referred to other health units.  The area has seen 102 cases to date which includes two presumptive cases pending confirmation.

Huron Perth Public Health's latest report on COVID 19 numbers shows one new case for a total of 57.  The latest case is in North Perth.

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public health reports two new cases of COVID-19 in Wellington County for a total of 75, with 58 resolved and 2 fatalities.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
