COVD-19 cases up in parts of in Midwestern Ontario

Huron Perth Public Health reports another day with no new confirmed cases of COVID-19. There is one active case in that region.

Wellington County health officials reported no new cases. There are 8 active cases, but no COVID-19 patients are in the hospital.

Grey Bruce Public Health reports one new case of COVID-19 today located in Owen Sound. There are eight active cases and two people are in the hospital.

Two new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed yesterday in Hanover and Owen Sound.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

As part of a partnership between the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 and City of Sarnia, an unveiling ceremony will be held at the corner of Christina Street and Wellington Street on Sunday, June 7, at 2 p.m.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
