UPDATE: New COVID-19 cases in Midwestern Ontario

Grey Bruce Public Health just released the daily situation report, and there are no new cases reported today in the region.  Yesterday, there was one new case of COVID-19 located in Hanover.

There are 9 active cases in Grey Bruce and 98 recovered. No one is in hospital in Grey Bruce with COVID-19.

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health reports one new case in Wellington County on Friday.

There are eight active cases in Wellington, and no hospitalizations.

Huron Perth Public Health is reporting no new cases of COVID-19 again on Friday and no hospitalizations.

Across Ontario there are 34,316 confirmed cases and 2,644 deaths.

256 people are hospitalized.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
