UPDATE: Severe thunderstorm watch ends

A severe thunderstorm watch issued for parts of southwestern Ontario including Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, London-Middlesex, Elgin County and Oxford County, has ended.

The watch was issued late Monday morning. It was upgraded to a warning for the London-area around 1 p.m. and downgraded back to a watch several hours later.

Environment Canada ended the watches overnight around 1:20 a.m. on Tuesday.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
