Wallaceburg man charged a second time with impersonating a police officer

A Wallaceburg man is charged with impersonating a police officer.

While on patrol Friday, October 2 Lambton OPP spotted a vehicle on LaSalle Line in St. Clair Township that appeared to be a police cruiser.

After stopping the vehicle, officers noticed equipment outside and inside, similar to what you would find in a police vehicle.

The driver was arrested.

Jeremy Muxlow, 33, was being held for a bail hearing on charges of impersonating a peace officer and failure to comply with a release order.

Muxlow had been released on conditions after being arrested for the same offence by Huron OPP in June. He has a court date in Goderich October 26.
