COVID recoveries up two in Sarnia-Lambton

The COVID-19 caseload dropped by two in Sarnia-Lambton over the past 24 hours.

Lambton Public Health's update Tuesday night shows nine active cases locally.

There are still two active outbreaks, one at Twin Lakes Terrace where two staff members have tested positive. The other is at an unnamed workplace -- three employees at that business have the virus.

Since the pandemic started, there have been 365 confirmed cases and 331 have been deemed resolved. The death toll is unchanged in over four months and stands at 25.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
