County shows appreciation on Child Care Worker and Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day

Bruce County is showing its appreciation for child care workers on Child Care Worker and Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Appreciation Day.

The day is dedicated to child workers and celebrates the challenges, meaningful supervision and constant learning that child care workers and early childhood educators provide to local children. This year, COVID-19 has thrown many unique challenges to the child care and early years sector, and Bruce County wanted to express its appreciation and gratitude for the commitment and hard work of child care workers and ECEs across the county.

You can join the celebration Thursday by checking out Bruce County’s Facebook page and Twitter page for posts or join the conversation on social media using the hashtag #risinguptogether.
