Sarnia-Lambton records largest COVID case hike since mid-October

Lambton Public Health is reporting five new cases and one more recovered case of COVID-19 over the previous 24 hours.

The uptick to 392 confirmed cases is Sarnia-Lambton's highest single-day increase since October 15, when seven new cases were reported.

The number of recoveries is 355 with the active case count now at 12. The death toll remains at 25.

There are no outbreaks currently in long-term care homes, and Bluewater Health is still reporting one positive patient in hospital.

Sarnia-Lambton's status in Ontario's colour-coded COVID-19 framework remains at the low "green" or standard measures level.
