Crime of the Week – January 4, 2021

Sometime during the early morning hours of Wednesday December 23rd, 2020, unknown suspects entered a gated and locked property on Erieau Road in Blenheim.

The suspects then smashed the tongue lock off of a utility trailer with license plate D9852V and drove it away. The trailer had the words Scott Johnson Carpentry written on the side contained a large quantity of power tools. The value of the theft is over $15,000.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
