Just two new COVID-19 cases in Huron Perth

Two new cases of COVID-19 were added in Huron Perth Wednesday.  Public health reported 20 active cases, including seven variants of concern. One person is hospitalized with the virus.

There is an outbreak at Knollcrest lodge long term care home in Perth East.  There are three workplace outbreaks.

The virus has lead to 57 fatalities.

66.9% of eligible residents have received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, while just over 7% have two.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
