Grey Bruce Health Unit added just three new COVID-19 cases

The Grey Bruce Health Unit added three new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, in Owen Sound, Meaford and Saugeen Shores.

There are 41 active cases, none of which are variants.

Three residents are in hospital with the virus.

70% of the eligible population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and about 22% have two doses.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
