No COVID-19 cases added in Wellington County again Wednesday

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health added one new case of COVID-19 Wednesday.  There are 48 active cases.  Four people are in hospital with the virus.

There were no new cases in Wellington County for the second day in a row. There are eight active cases in Wellington.

There are eight active cases in Wellington County, including two in Mapleton, one in Minto and one in Wellington North.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

As part of a partnership between the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 and City of Sarnia, an unveiling ceremony will be held at the corner of Christina Street and Wellington Street on Sunday, June 7, at 2 p.m.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
