CK police briefs - Sunday, June 27, 2021

Break and enter 

Chatham-Kent police were called to a break and enter near Ridge Line in Ridgetown, Saturday afternoon.

Police learned the residence, which had been vacant, was broken into and approximately $400 in damage was done to the property.

There are no suspects at this time.

Lawnmower stole from downtown Chatham business 

Police are investigating a break and enter involving a storage business on King Street West in Chatham.

Officers said the Toro lawnmower that was stolen early Saturday morning is valued at around $400.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
