Blenheim RV and barn fire causes $50,000 in damages

Chatham-Kent fire officials say firefighters were able to prevent an RV and barn fire from spreading to a home Tuesday morning.

Fire crews responded to the fire around 8:10 a.m. at 18934 Mull Road in Blenheim.

Officials said when firefighters arrived on the scene, the RV was fully involved and the flames had spread to a barn on the property.

Fire crews were able to prevent the fire from spreading to the house, but the fire caused around $50,000 in damages.

The cause is undetermined.
