Perth County's 'Harvest Pathway'

Perth County Tourism is hosting a Tastings on the Trail event on the Guelph to Goderich (G2G) Rail Trail on Saturday.

Between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Perth County staff will be stationed at trail entrances in Millbank, Milverton, and Monkton handing out local food samples, cycling promotional items and information about destinations.

It's being dubbed the Perth Harvest Pathway of the G2G Rail Trail.

Ashely Brockelbank is Perth County's Tourism Officer.

She says the G2G Rail Trail is an incredible outdoor asset and Saturday is an opportunity to try local food products and learn more about Perth County.

The G2G Rail Trail runs through 13 communities from Guelph to Goderich.
