Active COVID-19 caseload unchanged

Sarnia-Lambton's active COVID-19 caseload is unchanged at 17.

Lambton Public Health Thursday reported two new confirmed cases of the virus up to 3,662 and two more cases were deemed resolved for a total of 3,577.

The death toll is unchanged since July 24 at 68.

There are no active workplace or institutional outbreaks.

Bluewater Health has no positive patients in hospital, down one from Wednesday.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
