Few new cases of COVID-19 in Midwestern Ontario Tuesday

Ontario reported 328 new Novel Coronavirus infections Tuesday.

The Grey Bruce Health Unit added no new cases. There are 22 active cases, and two residents hospitalized with the virus.

Huron Perth Public health reported four new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday. There are 27 active cases, and no hospitalizations due to the virus.

Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health added no new cases in Wellington County, where there are 16 active cases. Across Wellington Dufferin Guelph the number of residents in hospital for COVID-19 related complications increased to eight.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
