One person displaced after house fire in Bothwell

One person has been displaced following a fire at home in Bothwell Friday night.

Chatham-Kent Fire and Emergency Services said crews were called out to a structure fire located at 30072 West Bothwell Road just after 9:30 p.m.

The first crews to arrive found flames coming through the roof of the home. Officials said those crews were able to quickly put the fire out.

The cause was accidental and no injuries were reported. The damages are estimated at $100,000.
