Man found with outstanding DNA warrant arrested 

Chatham-Kent police located a 45-year-old man while responding to an unrelated call for service.

Police say the man had an outstanding DNA warrant stemming from a criminal code conviction.

He was taken to headquarters then released from custody.

Suspicious person complaint leads to arrest 

Police say they were called out to Wallaceburg early Saturday after receiving a complaint about a suspicious person.

Officers say a 32-year-old man was located and found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Woman briefly arrested after found to have an outstanding warrant 

Chatham-Kent police located a 24-year-old woman with an outstanding warrant while investigating an unrelated matter.

She was arrested and then released at the scene shortly after with a future court date.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
