Traffic stop leads to breach charges

Chatham-Kent police initiated a traffic stop and have arrested the driver of the vehicle.

Police said the man was in violation of a previous release order and is being held pending a bail hearing.

Disturbance leads to arrest

Chatham-Kent police responded to a disturbance involving a family and neighbours.

Police said that a man was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.

He was taken to police headquarters and held until sober.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
