Man charged with not complying with release conditions

A 32-year-old male, who was previously released from court with a curfew condition, was arrested by Chatham-Kent police early Saturday morning.

The Leamington man was located at approximately 1:50 a.m. on Michener Ave in Chatham and arrested for failing to comply with his release order.

The man was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Two arrested on outstanding warrants

Police arrested a St. Thomas woman who had outstanding warrants with the Chatham-Kent Police Service.

The 30-year-old was located on Park Street in Chatham at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

A 39-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested at approximately 9 p.m. on Friday.

Police located him on Richmond Street in Chatham and found that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

The man was released from custody with a future court date of May 6, 2022.
