Man arrested after allegedly breaching order to stay away from Walmart, Dollarama 

A 30-year-old man banned from entering Walmart and Dollarama has been arrested for allegedly doing exactly that.

Police said they were called to the shopping plaza on St. Clair Street Saturday afternoon in response to a suspicious person.

Officer said the man was seen inside Walmart and located inside the dollar store.

The man was arrested for two counts of breach of probation. He was later released from custody with a future court date.

Man allegedly under the influence of fentanyl arrested for being combative

Chatham-Kent police have arrested a 28-year-old man after he allegedly admitted to taking fentanyl to officers.

Police said they were called to an address on Merrit Avenue in Chatham Saturday night in response to the man who was high and being combative.

Officers said the man admitted to taking fentanyl before he was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters.

He was later medically cleared and released into the care of his family.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
