UPDATE: Power restored in Thamesville

Power has mostly been restored to the residents and businesses affected by an outage in the Thamesville area Thursday morning.

As of 10:40 a.m. Thursday, Hydro One was no longer reporting any outages in the area and Entegrus said power has also been restored for all of its customers.

At the peak of the outage, approximately 325 Entegrus customers and 161 Hydro One customers were affected.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
