Police seek information following a pair of weekend break and enter

Chatham-Kent police are investigating after a break and enter on Elm Street in Bothwell.

Police said they were called to Bothwell Scout Hut at around 6:17 p.m. on Saturday.

Nothing has been reported stolen but approximately $800 in damages were done to the facility.

Chatham-Kent police responded to a second break and enter at around 7:57 p.m. on Saturday in the area of Wellington Street in Chatham.

Police said suspects broke into a garage and stole a set of golf clubs.

Dresden man arrested for breaching release condition

A 26-year-old Dresden is in even more trouble with law after he was caught in break of his curfew condition during a traffic stop in Wallaceburg.

He was arrested and taken to police headquarters where he was lodged for a bail hearing.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
