Firefighters called to morning blaze in Moraviantown

Chatham-Kent fire officials are asking drivers to avoid the area of School House Line in Moraviantown as they respond to a structure fire on that road.

Firefighters from Station 8 in Thamesville and Station 10 in Orford Township were called to the scene just before 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Fire officials said all of the residents were able to get out safely.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
