Boil water advisory ends in Wallaceburg

CK Public Health has discontinued a boil water advisory issued Wednesday morning for those on the Wallaceburg Distribution System.

Health officials received test results from water samples taken on November 10 and 11 and were satisfied.

Officials in Chatham-Kent shut the water off Wednesday morning after a water main broke.

The disruption in water supply closed Wallaceburg District Secondary School, A.A. Wright Public School, and H.W. Burgess Public School on Wednesday, although they were open again Thursday morning.

Anyone with a question or concern can call CK Public Health at 519-355-1071.
