Wallaceburg Fire Truck. (Photo courtesy of CKbranding.com)Chatham-Kent fire officials have called in the Office of the Fire Marshal as they continue to investigate a New Year's Day fire in Wallaceburg.
Fire officials said the call came in at 2:15 p.m. Sunday and that crews from Station 2 in Chatham and Station 3 in Wallaceburg both responded to the blaze at a residential building at 502 Wall Street.
No injuries were reported and there is no word on a damage estimate at this time.
The cause is under investigation.
Four Sarnia streets made the CAA's regional Worst Roads list this year. The only road outside of Sarnia to make the top five was Windsor's Riverside Drive East.
