Police investigating pair of break-ins across Chatham-Kent

Chatham-Kent police are investigating a break and enter on Valley Road in Chatham.

Police said a man was seen breaking into a garage on Valley Road at around 7:52 a.m. on Friday.

The suspect was scared but police said they were able to flee with a table saw and sawhorses.

Police were called to the Shell Gas Station on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg early Saturday morning.

Police said unknown suspects smashed a window and stole approximately $100 worth of items from the business.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
