Owen Sound Attack's Deni Goure surprised students with a recent visit to his hometown elementary school.

Students at École Élémentaire Catholique Saint-Philippe in Grande Pointe were "over the moon" by Goure's visit.

It was his first time back in the school since he graduated six years ago.

Goure stayed to answer student's questions and had time to get in a game of ball hockey and a round of soccer with some of the students.

He also walked around the school and stopped in to each class to see the students.
