Chatham-Kent police arrest man for allegedly breaching sentence order 

A 40-year-old man has been arrested after police reportedly located him living at a residence in Chatham contrary to his conditional sentence order.

He was arrested for breaching his sentence order and held in police custody pending a bail hearing.

Man allegedly caught breaking into pool shed while owner was home 

A 39-year-old man is in trouble with police after allegedly being seen breaking into a pool shed by the homeowner.

Police said they were called to a residence on Greenvalley Line at around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The man was arrested on the scene for breaking and entering.

He was transported to police headquarters and released on an undertaking.

Chatham man arrested on outstanding warrant 

A 32-year-old man is in more trouble with the law after he was located by police on Murray Street in Chatham around 9:52 p.m. Tuesday evening.

Police said he was previously wanted for failing to attend court and breaching probation.

The man was arrested and held in police custody pending a bail hearing.

Woman arrested for allegedly failing to comply with release order  A 25-year-old woman, who was wanted for failing to comply with a release order, was arrested while walking early Wednesday morning on Grand Avenue East in Chatham.

Police said the woman was taken to police headquarters and later released from custody with a future court date.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
