$2K of jewelry taken during break-and-enter

Chatham-Kent police are investigating a break-and-enter in Blenheim.

Officers responded at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday to the Talbot Trail area.

It was reported that in the early morning hours, unknown suspect(s) had entered a home and taken more than $2,000 worth of jewelry.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
